We give you three opportunities to correct any errors in your order before paying. Should you discover an error after you have paid for the order, we can run the corrected version for a $50 reprocessing fee.
You have two weeks from the time we create your files, and email you link to your zip file, to download your zip file. Should you need a copy after the two weeks, we will charge you a $50 reprocessing fee.
